Purwokerto Prison undergoes joint security raid

Authorities conducted a joint night raid at the Purwokerto Class IIA Prison to prevent the entry and circulation of prohibited items. The operation involved personnel from the prison, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and the National Narcotics Board (BNN).

During the inspection, which targeted residential blocks T3, T5, and T7, officials also performed random urine tests on both inmates and prison staff to detect potential narcotics abuse. The raid, conducted between 19:00 and 20:45 WIB, concluded without the discovery of any prohibited items exceeding tolerance levels.
