Radisson Hotel Group expands presence in Australia and Thailand

Radisson Hotel Group is expanding its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region through new developments in Australia and Thailand.

In Australia, the group will debut its Radisson RED brand in Sydney with the 31-storey Radisson RED Sydney Haymarket. Scheduled to open in 2029, the 328-room upper-upscale lifestyle hotel will be located in the Haymarket area near Central Station. The property will include a restaurant, lobby café-bar, pool bar, meeting rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center.

In Thailand, Radisson Hotel Group has partnered with South Point Group to manage a dedicated serviced apartment building within the Next Point Condominium development in Rawai, Phuket. The Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket will consist of 118 keys and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028. This specific building will operate under international hotel management standards as a leasehold product within the larger multi-building residential project.
