It will also include a dedicated lounge for early and late check-outs.

In Thailand, the group is expanding its footprint through a partnership with South Point Group to manage the Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket. Located within the Next Point Condominium development, this 118-key leasehold product will operate under international hotel management standards and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028.
