Radisson Hotel Group wins Indian workplace award and hosts healthcare meeting summit
Radisson Hotel Group’s South Asia arm, Radisson Hotels (South Asia) Private Limited, was placed 90th in India’s Top 100 Best Companies To Work For 2026 by Great Place To Work India. The recognition highlights the group’s focus on learning and development, diversity and inclusion, career mobility and employee wellbeing across its more than 200 hotels in the country. Managing Director and COO Nikhil Sharma said the award reflects the culture built by the teams, while Director of People & Culture Mehr Sanduja emphasized trust, inclusion and growth as core values.
In a separate initiative, Radisson Hotel Group hosted the Knowledge Exchange: Healthcare Planning, Design and Strategy summit in Florence, Italy. Seventy‑five experts from pharma, healthcare agencies and venue production discussed how healthcare meetings are evolving into strategic communication systems that drive scientific exchange and decision‑making. Senior Director Muriel Poulenc noted that better outcomes now require structured design, integrated workflows and early strategic involvement of planners, rather than just flawless execution. The summit produced a report urging the industry to adopt shared methodologies, measurement tools and decision‑architect roles for planners, while cautioning that AI alone cannot resolve fragmented processes.
