Rail bridge work paused in Wiesbaden and tram track replacement delayed in Potsdam

Construction on the Theodor‑Heuss‑Ring railway bridge in Wiesbaden has led to a narrowed road surface as work continues on the structure.

In Potsdam, the planned replacement of tram tracks on Zeppelinstrasse has been postponed after no bids were received for the tender. Trams will keep running, and the major construction is now expected no earlier than 2027, with associated traffic rerouting and further delays on other sections of the network.
