Railway Recruitment Board announces 3,477 graduate vacancies

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the recruitment of 3,477 graduates for various Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) positions under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 06/2026.

The vacancies include 2,750 Goods Train Manager roles, 56 Chief Commercial-cum-Ticket Supervisor positions, 300 Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist roles, and 371 Senior Clerk cum Typist posts. The recruitment is for graduate-level positions across different railway zones.

Eligible candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. The age limit is set between 18 and 33 years as of January 1, 2027. The application process will open online on October 8, 2026, and close on November 6, 2026. Salaries for these roles are categorized under Pay Level 5 and Level 6, with initial basic pays of ₹29,200 and ₹35,400 respectively.
