Rajinikanth's Jailer 2 surpasses 666 crore worldwide at box office

The action thriller Jailer 2, starring Rajinikanth and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, has achieved significant commercial success, crossing the 666.30 crore mark in worldwide gross collections within 11 days of its release.

In India, the film has recorded a domestic gross of approximately 436.80 crore and a net collection of around 373 crore. The film has shown strong momentum during its second weekend, with a notable 66.6 percent increase in earnings on its tenth day compared to the previous day. The Tamil version remains the strongest performer, though the film has also seen significant collections in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.

Jailer 2 has already surpassed the lifetime collections of several major films, including Salman Khan's 'Sultan' and Prabhas's 'Salaar'. It is currently ranked as the second highest-grossing Tamil film of all time, trailing only Rajinikanth's own '2.0'. Industry projections suggest the film is on track to potentially reach the 700 crore milestone soon and could eventually become the first Tamil film to exceed 1,000 crore worldwide.
