The 49th Rally 1000 Miglia is scheduled to take place from September 3 to 5, 2026, in the province of Brescia. Organized by the Automobile Club Brescia, the event features 92 competing crews and serves as the fourth round of the 2026 Italian Rally Challenger Championship, as well as a valid event for the 3rd Zone Rally Cup and the Lombardia Rally Cup.

Key competitors include three-time winner Andrea Crugnola and Luca Beltrame, who will debut the Lancia Ypsilon HF Rally2 Integrale. Other notable participants include championship leaders Marco Signor and Daniele Michi in a Toyota GR Yaris Rally2, as well as Stefano Albertini and Luca Pedersoli, the latter driving a Hyundai i20 WRC Plus. The field also features five young drivers from the Toyota GAZOO Racing WRT Next Generation program, including Estonian talent Jaspar Vaher.

The rally includes eight special stages totaling over 116 kilometers, concentrated on Friday and Saturday. One of the main highlights will be the town of Manerba del Garda, which will host a public reordering session in Piazza San Bernardo on Friday, September 4, following the long 'Pertiche' special stage.
