Rallye Monte-Carlo 2027 route unveiled

The Automobile Club Monaco has unveiled the route for the 2027 Rallye Monte-Carlo, scheduled to take place from January 17 to 24. The event will launch the 2027 WRC season, which introduces new regulations. The course will feature 18 special stages covering a total of 353.57 kilometers, an increase from the previous year's 339.15 kilometers.

The rally will begin with a ceremony in Monaco, followed by stages in the Alpes-Maritimes and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence departments. The city of Gap will serve as the service park, a role it has held periodically since 2014. The route includes the famous Col de Turini for the Sunday Power Stage, though drivers will not compete on the Monaco Formula 1 circuit this time.

Key stages include the Col de Bleine and Clues d’Aiglun, with several stages scheduled to take place at night. The event is expected to bring significant economic benefits to the region, following previous estimates of approximately 4.4 million euros for the 2025 edition.
