Ram announces 2027 Rumble Bee high-performance V8 pickup lineup

Ram is reviving the Rumble Bee nameplate for its 2027 1500 series, introducing a lineup of three high-performance V8 pickup trucks designed primarily for street driving. The lineup includes a base model with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 producing 401 hp, a 392 version featuring a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 with 477 hp, and a top-tier SRT variant equipped with a 6.2-liter Hellcat supercharged V8 delivering 788 hp and 922 Nm of torque.

The Rumble Bee models feature a shortened bed and a wider wheelbase to achieve a muscle car aesthetic. The SRT version can accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h in 3.4 seconds. While designed for performance, the trucks retain practical capabilities, such as a towing capacity of up to 4,032 kg.

Stellantis aims to attract a new segment of buyers—specifically sports car enthusiasts who might not typically consider a pickup truck. The base models are expected to arrive at U.S. dealerships in late 2026, with the more powerful 392 and SRT versions following in the first half of 2027. Pricing for the lineup is expected to start around $59,995 for the base model, reaching over $94,995 for the SRT variant before accessories.
