Ranczo series revival may expand into full seasons

The popular Polish television series ‘Ranczo’ is set to return after a decade-long hiatus. While the upcoming production, titled ‘Ranczo. Zemsta wiedźm’, was initially presented as a limited six-episode series intended to conclude the story, recent developments suggest more ambitious plans.

During a teleconference, Przemysław Kmiotek of ATM Grupa indicated that the producer is interested in developing full subsequent seasons rather than just a short set of special episodes. The new story is based on a script written by the late Andrzej Grembowicz (known as Robert Brutter) in collaboration with his son, Marcin Grembowicz.

Filming for the new episodes began in June 2026, with a premiere scheduled for December. The revival aims to provide closure to the narrative that was interrupted several years ago by changes in management at the public broadcaster.
