Rapyuta Robotics announces end-to-end logistics optimization solution

Rapyuta Robotics has announced a new ‘End-to-end solution’ designed to optimize entire logistics workflows rather than focusing solely on individual equipment automation. The solution utilizes the company’s cloud robotics platform, ‘rapyuta.io’, to coordinate various material handling machines, including those from third-party manufacturers, to adapt to changing operational constraints such as varying shipment volumes and processing times.

During a demonstration, the company showcased an integrated flow including automatic warehousing, replenishment, piece picking via robot arms, and relay picking. The system also incorporates ‘Physical AI’ for object recognition and grasping. CEO Mohanraj Gajanan noted that the solution aims to address the complexities of modern warehouses that must simultaneously manage B2B, B2C, and return flows.

Moving forward, Rapyuta Robotics plans to work with several logistics operators as co-design partners through March 2027 to refine the solution. The company is also exploring the use of AI to provide automated consulting and problem-solving for smaller facilities that may not utilize professional logistics consultants.
