Rascal Does Not Dream anime celebrates film release with regional collaborations

Multiple collaboration campaigns have been announced in Japan to celebrate the release of the concluding theatrical anime film, ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dear Friend’.

In the Enoshima region, the Enoshima Electric Railway (Enoden) will run a special ‘Blue Pig’ train featuring custom headmarks between late 2024 and early 2027. The campaign includes decorated station signs at four specific stations, original banners across all 15 stations, and the sale of commemorative admission tickets starting in October.

Simultaneously, Yokohama City will host a large-scale collaboration from October 8 to October 30, 2026. This event features the distribution of six types of original stickers at various locations, including Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse and Chinatown, a special blue-themed fireworks display at Shinko Pier, and character photo spots featuring original voice recordings. The campaign also includes character banners at Yokohama City University and surrounding areas.
