Raspberry Pi launches 10‑inch Touch Display 2 for $80
Raspberry Pi has introduced a new 10‑inch Touch Display 2. The screen uses a 1920 × 1200 IPS panel, supports ten simultaneous touch points, and offers an 85‑degree viewing angle. It connects via a four‑lane DSI interface and includes mounting hardware, power and ribbon cables for plug‑and‑play installation.
The display is compatible only with the Raspberry Pi 5 and its Compute Module variants; it cannot be used with Raspberry Pi 4, earlier models or the Zero series because of the higher bandwidth required. Priced at $80 (about €74/£77), the product targets makers building home‑automation dashboards, kiosks, digital signage, control panels and other DIY projects. Raspberry Pi says production will continue at least until January 2030.
