Ravenna authorities arrest minor in fatal assault investigation

Authorities in Ravenna have arrested a minor from the Forlì-Cesena province in connection with the fatal assault of 54-year-old Nicola Musiani. The incident occurred near a nightclub in Pinarella di Cervia during the night between July 19 and July 22.

Musiani was hospitalized at the Bufalini Hospital in Cesena in critical condition, where he passed away three days after the attack. This latest arrest, ordered by the Juvenile Court of Bologna, marks the fifth person to face precautionary measures in the investigation. Previously, four individuals aged 19 to 23 from the Forlì area were detained in August.

The investigation has utilized surveillance footage, wiretaps, and witness testimonies to reconstruct the events of the assault.
