Ravensburger announces digital Disney Lorcana and new game releases
Ravensburger has announced several new developments for its gaming portfolio, including a digital expansion for the Disney Lorcana trading card game. During the D23 convention, the company confirmed it is developing a digital client compatible with computers and mobile devices to increase accessibility. Elaine Chase, head of the card games department at Ravensburger, stated that the digital version aims to allow fans to discover cards from any connected device to grow the community.
In addition to the digital move, Ravensburger is introducing new physical products. These include high-end collector booster packs featuring twelve cards with holographic films and increased frequencies of iconic enchanted rarities.
At Gen Con, the company also showcased various small-scale games. New portable titles include a miniature version of the puzzle game Rush Hour and Mazepop, a tactile logic puzzle involving ball bearings and a pen-based mechanism.
