Rúben Rodrigues wins Rali da Água to extend CPR lead

Rúben Rodrigues secured victory at the Rali da Água, marking his fourth win of the season and strengthening his lead in the Campeonato de Portugal de Ralis (CPR). Driving a Toyota Yaris alongside co-driver Rui Raimundo, Rodrigues completed the ten stages in 55:32.1.

Rodrigues finished 14.8 seconds ahead of Ricardo Teodósio in a Citroën C3, while Guilherme Meireles took third place in a Skoda Fabia. The race saw significant competition from Rafael Rego, whose attempt to pressure the leader ended after a puncture cost him approximately three minutes.

With this win, Rodrigues extends his championship lead to 33 points over Pedro Almeida, who currently sits in second place with 92 points. The victory also places Rodrigues in a strong position with only three rounds remaining in the season, as he holds 125 points total.
