Real estate auctions expand across Brazil

Various real estate auction activities are taking place across Brazil. The Zuk platform is conducting a series of auctions throughout August involving more than 1,190 properties across all 27 Brazilian states. These listings include residential, commercial, and rural properties, with prices ranging from R$ 5.8 thousand to R$ 26 million. The auctions feature properties from major financial institutions such as Itaú Unibanco, Bradesco, Santander, and Banco PAN.

Separately, the City Hall of Ubá has opened an online auction for 28 municipal properties. These lots, which include various land sizes, are being sold due to technical limitations such as irregular shapes or steep slopes that make them unsuitable for public infrastructure like schools or health units. The sale aims to reduce municipal maintenance costs, and the proceeds are designated for infrastructure projects.
