Financing is available, including mortgage options with a minimum 20% down payment. Santander is conducting several other major auctions in October. One event organized with Zuk features over 200 properties with discounts up to 76% and financing for up to 420 months. Another partnership with Sold Leilões includes 202 properties across 20 states, offering discounts of up to 90% on initial bids. Additionally, Caixa Econômica Federal has scheduled a two-stage auction for 596 properties on October 14 and October 20, with values ranging from R$ 51,000 to R$ 8 million. Following these events, Caixa Econômica Federal, in partnership with Fidalgo Leilões, launched an auction for 453 properties across 22 states and the Distrito Federal. This inventory includes 265 apartments, 161 houses, 20 plots of land, six commercial properties, and one rural property.
