Real estate auctions in Brazil offer up to 82% discounts

Major real estate auctions are being held across Brazil, offering significant discounts on residential and commercial properties.

Zuk is auctioning 145 properties in Rio de Janeiro, including residential lots, commercial spaces, and land. Discounts reach up to 81%. Notable listings include a high-value plot in Resende with an initial bid of R$ 7.965 million and a commercial room in downtown Rio de Janeiro starting at R$ 18,000.

Simultaneously, Santander has launched an online auction for 198 residential properties spanning over 20 states and the Federal District. These properties, which include houses, apartments, and land, feature discounts of up to 82% off appraised values. The auction is concentrated heavily in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, though listings are also available in states such as Bahia, Goiás, and Minas Gerais. Bids for the Santander auction are accepted until September 8.
