Real Estate Entrepreneur Ricardo Cabezas Talavera Missing in Zapopan

Ricardo Cabezas Talavera, a 45‑year‑old real‑estate advisor with Talavera Real Estate, disappeared on 30 July in the El Batán area of Zapopan, Jalisco. He left his home around 16:50‑17:00 in a beige Fiat 500 to show a property to a prospective client. The last confirmed sighting was near Aldama street, after which his vehicle was not located.

Around 19:00 a message was sent from his phone stating he was “very busy.” The device lost connectivity shortly after, with the final recorded signal around 21:00. His family has staged protests demanding a faster search, while the Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office and the Special Victims Unit continue the investigation.
