Real estate fairs promote housing and financing in Costa Rica and Dominican Republic

Real estate and construction sectors in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic are hosting specialized fairs to promote housing and financing.

In San Carlos, Costa Rica, the second edition of ConstruferiaZN will take place from November 13 to 15. The event features over 50 exhibitors offering construction materials, tools, technology, and consulting services. Financial institutions will also be present to provide credit options and guidance for those looking to build or remodel. The Colegio de Ingenieros y Arquitectos (CFIA) will participate to offer professional expertise to attendees.

In Madrid, Spain, the Dominican Association of Builders and Housing Developers (Acoprovi) will hold the ‘Más Cerca de Casa’ fair from November 6 to 8. The event aims to connect Dominican housing projects with residents in Spain and Europe. Despite rising construction costs and high interest rates, Acoprovi president Annerys Meléndez noted that demand remains strong due to the housing deficit in the Dominican Republic. The fair will include 31 participating companies and financial entities.
