Costa Rican housing and real estate fairs
Overview
Costa Rica has initiated efforts to promote housing and financing through specialized fairs. In early October, the country launched the first Housing, Bonus, and Credit Fair for the Middle Class at Multiplaza Curridabat. This event provides families with access to financial institutions and government-backed subsidies, such as ‘Bono-crédito’, ‘Bono-prima’, and ‘Bono RAMT’, to assist with purchasing, building, or renovating homes.
Following this, the construction and real estate sectors expanded their promotional activities. In San Carlos, the second edition of ConstruferiaZN is scheduled for November, featuring over 50 exhibitors offering construction materials, technology, and professional consulting from the Colegio de Ingenieros y Arquitectos (CFIA), alongside credit options from financial institutions.
