Real Estate General Authority to register 46,538 plots in Riyadh and Al-Qassim

The Real Estate General Authority in Saudi Arabia has announced the commencement of in-kind real estate registration for 46,538 property plots across the Riyadh and Al-Qassim regions. The registration process is scheduled to run from September 6, 2026, until December 10, 2026.

In the Riyadh region, 36,261 plots will be registered, covering various governorates and neighborhoods including parts of Al-Sulay, Al-Aziziyah, and several areas in Al-Harq, Al-Rawdah, and Al-Kharj. In the Al-Qassim region, 10,277 plots will be processed, including neighborhoods in Dakhnah, Al-Ammar, and Al-Batin.

This initiative aims to enhance transparency and reliability in the real estate sector by providing each plot with a unique real estate identity, including unified deed numbers and precise geographic coordinates. This digital transformation is intended to protect owner rights, facilitate transactions, and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
