Real estate markets see activity in Taiwan and Hong Kong

In Taiwan, investors are increasingly shifting capital from the volatile stock market into physical real estate as a stable asset refuge. This trend is supported by recent measures from the Central Bank, which eased credit controls by raising the maximum mortgage loan ratio for second homes in specific areas to 70%, easing financial pressure for property buyers.

In Taipei's Da An District, Le Yang Construction has completed its ‘Feige’ project located near Da An Forest Park. The development features 36-坪 residential units positioned near major schools and transit hubs.

In Hong Kong, a luxury residential renovation in Repulse Bay’s Wah King Garden highlights high-end interior trends. A couple invested approximately 7.5 million HKD to redesign a 2,482-square-foot residence. The project, led by Zinc Studio, involved converting a four-bedroom layout into a three-bedroom configuration, utilizing materials such as walnut wood, marble, and Italian-made custom wine cabinets to create a modern luxury aesthetic.
