Real estate markets see major transactions in Taichung and Hong Kong

Major real estate transactions have been recorded in Taichung and Hong Kong. In Taichung, Guoju Construction acquired the Zhanhua Garden Convention Center for approximately 3.435 billion TWD, setting a record for the most expensive detached house transaction in the area. Other significant land acquisitions in the region include the Washington Municipal Kindergarten and Tennessee Kindergarten, purchased by the Xingfufa Group and Paochi Construction respectively.

In Hong Kong, the luxury residential project Sky Villa (Tianyu), a joint venture between Hang Lung Properties and New World Development, has seen intense sales activity. Recent transactions for four-bedroom units have consistently exceeded 120 million HKD per unit. The project's total sales volume has surpassed 10.2 billion HKD, driven by high demand for high-end residential properties in the West Mid-Levels area.
