Real Estate Registry begins in-kind registration in four Saudi regions

The Real Estate Registry has announced the commencement of the first phase of in-kind registration for 59,027 real estate parcels across the Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Eastern, and Hail regions of Saudi Arabia.

In the Al-Qassim region, registration covers various neighborhoods in Al-Ammar and Al-Fuwayliq governorates, as well as areas in Al-Qusayba, Al-Qawarah, Shari, and Al-Bukayriyah. The Riyadh region includes parts of Al-Huraq and Al-Hilwah governorates, alongside several other municipalities such as Thadiq and Rumah.

The Eastern Province registration includes neighborhoods in Mulayjah, Al-Qulaib, Al-Qaysumah, Hafar Al-Batin, and Al-Dhabiba, with additional coverage in Dammam, Dhahran, Abqaiq, and Al-Khafji. In the Hail region, registration will take place in Baqaa and the governorates of Fad and Al-Ajfar.

Property owners within these designated areas are required to register their properties before the deadline of Thursday, December 31, 2026. Owners can verify if their property is included via the Real Estate Registry platform. Further regions and neighborhoods will be announced in subsequent phases.
