Real Estate Registry launches property registration in Riyadh and Al-Qassim

The Real Estate Registry has announced the commencement of the first phase of in-kind registration for 46,538 real estate parcels across the Riyadh and Al-Qassim regions in Saudi Arabia.

In the Riyadh region, the registration covers various neighborhoods including parts of Al-Sulay and Al-Aziziyah in Riyadh city, as well as areas in Al-Harq, Al-Bijadiyah, Al-Hulwah, Al-Ruwaydah, Al-Sir, Badaya Al-Adhiyan, and Hotat Bani Tamim. Other locations include Al-Artawiyah, Al-Jamsh, Al-Kharj, Ad-Dawadmi, Al-Qasab, Tumair, Huraymila, Sajir, Shaqra, Afif, and Nafi.

In the Al-Qassim region, the initiative includes neighborhoods in Dhuknah, Al-Ammar, Uqlat as-Suqur, and Al-Batin, along with parcels in Dhariya and Al-Mithnab.

Property owners within these designated areas are required to register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform before the deadline on Thursday, December 10, 2026. The registry noted that additional regions and neighborhoods across the Kingdom will be announced in subsequent phases.
