Thiago Medina accused of sexual abuse by cousin in Argentina
A 19‑year‑old cousin, Lara Agustina Ledesma, filed a sexual‑abuse complaint against former Gran Hermano participant Thiago Medina at the Centro de la Mujer y la Familia (CMyF) in Virrey del Pino, La Matanza district, Buenos Aires Province. The complaint alleges that when the complainant was 12‑13 years old, Medina – then 17 – entered her bedroom and touched her under her clothing.
The complainant did not request precautionary or restraining measures. The case was assigned to the Fiscalía de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil N.º 2, led by prosecutor Juan Pablo Volpicina, with the Secretaría de la Mujer of La Matanza also involved. The investigation is in its initial stage and no public statements have been issued by the authorities. Medina has denied the accusations, calling them false and saying he will cooperate with justice. The allegation was first disclosed on the television program LAM (América TV).
