Overview

Late July 2026 a 19‑year‑old cousin, Lara Agustina Ledesma, filed a sexual‑abuse complaint against former Gran Hermano participant Thiago Medina at the Centro de la Mujer y la Familia in Virrey del Pino, La Matanza, Buenos Aires Province. The allegation says Medina, then 17, entered the complainant’s bedroom and touched her under her clothing when she was 12‑13. The case was assigned to the Fiscalía de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil N.º 2, led by prosecutor Juan Pablo Volpicina, with the local Secretaría de la Mujer also involved; no precautionary or restraining measures were requested. The complaint was first disclosed on the television program LAM (América TV). Two days later Medina posted on Instagram that the accusations were false, that he would cooperate with the justice system and would not comment further while the investigation proceeds. No public statements from authorities have been reported.
