Polish developer Rebel Wolves has released Update 1.1 for its dark fantasy action RPG, The Blood of Dawnwalker. The update is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Key gameplay additions include the ‘Draught of Mind Rebirth,’ a feature allowing players to reset and redistribute points across Swordmastery, Witchcraft, and Vampirism skill trees. The update also introduces a new Story mode with combat assistance, an option to pet animals, and enhanced accessibility through adjustable subtitle font sizes.

Technical improvements focus on combat responsiveness, including adjusted animations, camera movements, and improved enemy targeting. The update also updates FrameGen technology with dedicated settings and addresses various technical issues such as crashes and loading times. Quality-of-life changes include a merchant buyback feature, rebalanced item upgrade costs, and the ability to equip day and night item presets simultaneously.
