Recruitment in Poland faces communication gaps and remote security risks

A report titled ‘Candidate Experience in Poland 2025’ by eRecruiter highlights a significant communication gap in the Polish recruitment market. Over 90% of candidates reported receiving no feedback after their application or interview process, a phenomenon 84% of participants consider a regular market practice. Approximately 97% of respondents expressed that receiving information regarding the conclusion of a recruitment process is important, while 46% expect specific reasons for rejection, even at early stages.
