Red Cross initiatives launch health and humanitarian aid in Croatia

Various humanitarian and health initiatives are being organized by Red Cross branches in Croatia. In Koprivnica, the 54th edition of the ‘Solidarity in Action’ campaign raised over 11,000 euros. These funds are designated to purchase footwear for primary and secondary school students from low-income families.

In the Metković region, the ‘Open and Inclusive Society for the Elderly’ project is hosting health manifestations in Kula Norinska and Krvavac. Aimed at individuals over 55, these free events offer blood pressure and blood sugar testing, health advice, and consultations with professionals to promote preventative care and social inclusion.
