Redfern Health Centre achieves top patient satisfaction rating

Redfern Health Centre in Salcombe achieved a 100 per cent satisfaction rating in the latest NHS GP Patient Survey, with all surveyed patients rating the service as ‘good’ or ‘very good’.

The survey, managed independently by Ipsos for NHS England, evaluates patient experiences regarding GP access, appointment scheduling, quality of care from doctors and nurses, opening hours, and dental services. The data reflects aggregated results from surveys conducted between January 2 and April 13.

Other high-performing practices in the South Hams region include South Brent Health Centre (97 per cent), Modbury Health Centre (93 per cent), and Norton Brook-Kingsbridge (93 per cent).
