Redmi launches affordable dual-spring monitor arm

Redmi, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, has released its first monitor arm on the Xiaomi Youpin platform. Priced at approximately 299 yuan (about $42), the device features a 3mm aluminum alloy body and a patented dual-spring mechanism designed to maintain torque balance and prevent screen sagging.

The arm supports monitors weighing between 1.9 kg and 9 kg, making it compatible with both lightweight office panels and larger screens up to 34 inches. It includes a hidden cable management channel to reduce desk clutter and supports standard 75x75mm and 100x100mm VESA mounting.

To ensure durability, the product underwent 30,000 fatigue test cycles. Xiaomi is also offering a five-year replacement guarantee for the device. This launch follows previous expansions into PC desktop peripherals, such as the Mijia Monitor Light Bar 2.
