Xiaomi Redmi monitor arm launch

Overview

Xiaomi has introduced the RedmiMonitorArm, an ergonomic articulated monitor arm designed for productivity and gaming. The device is constructed from 3mm thick aluminum alloy and supports monitors weighing between 2 kg and 9 kg, including ultrawide and curved displays up to 34 inches.

Unlike competitors using gas pistons, the arm utilizes a patented dual mechanical spring system designed to maintain torque balance and prevent screen sagging. The product underwent 30,000 fatigue test cycles and offers five types of movement: height adjustment, tilt, rotation, lateral rotation, and forward/backward extension.

Released on the Xiaomi Youpin platform at a price of approximately 299 yuan (about $42), the arm is compatible with VESA standards 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm. It features a hidden channel for cable management and includes a five-year warranty or replacement guarantee.
