Refield and RGL advance retail park in Środa Wielkopolska

Refield and RGL are advancing the commercialization of a retail park in Środa Wielkopolska, which will cover approximately 18,000 square meters of gross leasable area. Lidl has signed on as a key tenant and will operate in an independent building located at the park entrance.

In addition to Lidl, the development has secured agreements with Pepco and Sinsay, totaling 3,500 square meters of leased space. The investors are currently in advanced negotiations with other brands and aim to reach 80 percent commercialization by the end of 2026. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027.
