Reflets de France ham recalled in France due to Listeria risk
Two Reflets de France ham products sold at Carrefour in France are being massively recalled due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The affected products are the 180g cooked ham with bone and the 180g superior cooked ham with Piment d'Espelette AOP.
Both products belong to lot 224110 with an expiration date of 21/09/2026. They were on sale between August 13 and August 20. Consumers are advised not to consume the products and to return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
Health authorities recommend that anyone who has consumed these products and experiences fever, headaches, or muscle aches should consult a doctor. Pregnant women, the elderly, and immunocompromised individuals are urged to remain particularly vigilant for symptoms.
