Regional administrative updates in Formosa and Buenos Aires

The Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Treasury of Formosa has announced the payment schedule for October public sector salaries. Starting Thursday, October 29, retirees and pensioners of the Caja de Previsión Social (CPS) will receive payments. Active employees will follow, with payments for those with IDs ending in 0-4 on Friday, October 30, and IDs ending in 5-9 on Saturday, October 31. The salary package includes a 5% increase and a guaranteed minimum net salary of $1,200,000, excluding family allowances. Total disbursements for public human resources and educational subsidies exceed $130 billion.

In Buenos Aires province, the Tax Agency (ARBA) has officially launched a special payment plan to help taxpayers regularize debts. Starting Monday, October 26, the program offers discounts of up to 40% for cash payments, 20% for three installments, and 15% for six installments. The plan covers Gross Income, Stamp, Real Estate, Motor Vehicle, and Sports Vessel taxes. This initiative aims to facilitate fiscal regularisation before the next fiscal period, as being debt-free will be a requirement to access future tax benefits.
