Regional agricultural and export developments in Turkey

Altuntaş Baharat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has received second place in the non-wood forest products category at the 2025 Export Stars Award ceremony, organized by the Aegean Furniture, Paper and Forest Products Exporters' Association. Mehmet Altuntaş, Chairman of the Denizli Commodity Exchange and Altuntaş Baharat, accepted the award, which was presented by his brother, Şükrü Altuntaş.

In Yozgat, the Sarıkaya Milk Producers' Union, led by Altan Gültekin, has officially attained first-degree agricultural organization status. This designation increases the number of such organizations in Yozgat to two. According to Yozgat Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Ömer Şentürk, this status provides producers with enhanced advantages, including increased access to agricultural projects, lower interest rates on subsidized loans, higher grant rates through TARSİM, and rural development grants of up to 70 percent.
