Regional agricultural and local brand exhibitions announced in Japan

Fukushima Prefecture and several local municipalities will host the ‘Organic Fukushima Marche in FUTAKO TAMAGAWA’ at the Futako Tamagawa Rise Galleria in Tokyo on September 19 and 20, 2026. The event aims to promote organic agriculture through the sale of organic produce, processed goods, and specialty menu items from food trucks. The program includes talk sessions featuring actors Kaoru Sugita and Yu Nagasawa, live music performances by artists from Fukushima, and various workshops for children and adults.

In Saga Prefecture, the Saga Prefectural Products Distribution Design Public Corporation will hold a special exhibition and sale for the ‘Fumiya’ regional brand at the SAGA MADO select shop from September 17 to 29, 2026. The event showcases 20 high-quality items, including jams and traditional sweets, from nine certified businesses in the Fuji, Mitsuse, and Yamato districts of northern Saga City. The initiative seeks to connect local producers with consumers by highlighting unique regional resources.
