Regional German art exhibitions draw crowds in Neunkirchen and Musberg

The Galerie Altes Rathaus Musberg is presenting the audiovisual installation "Im Fluss sein" by artists Linda Weiß, Nina Queissner and Jochen Wagner. Running from 20 June to 26 July 2026, the work explores the Danube’s underground waterways near Immendingen, using sound and space to reflect on ecological interdependence.

Meanwhile, the second Neunkircher Kunstschau has turned the Städtische Galerie in Neunkirchen into a showcase of regional creativity under the theme "Stadt Land Fluss". More than 100 pieces by hobby and professional artists—including paintings, photographs and collages—are on display free of charge from 21 June through 26 July, with a concluding finissage on 2 August. The exhibition highlights the diversity of the local community, featuring works that reference the town’s streets, river landscapes and industrial heritage.
