Regional rally competitions progress in Argentina and Chile

Regional rally competitions in Argentina and Chile have progressed through challenging conditions. In the Rally de Pergamino, organizers successfully completed the first stage of the fifth round despite difficult track conditions caused by recent rainfall and mud.

Ricardo Martinoglio and navigator Braian Ferreyra led the Maxi Rally division in a VW, followed by Horacio Heiland and Belén Heiland in a Hyundai. Other category leaders included Juan Pablo Zarkovich in Class A, Lucas and Martín Pacenti in the Junior class, and Luis Sciutto in N7.

In the 51st Gran Premio de Tierra del Fuego, Argentine duo Lucas Garro and Marcelo Garro secured the top position in the qualifying session for the G category, setting a time of 02’17”,43. Other category winners included Nicolás Senkovic in series F and Facundo Carletti in series E. The competition features 55 vehicles navigating a course totaling 309 kilometers of timed sections.
