Regional road maintenance efforts underway in Venezuela and Mexico
Local authorities in Venezuela and Mexico are conducting road maintenance projects to improve safety and transit for residents and tourists.
In Venezuela, public service crews from the Tovar municipality are performing integral maintenance and vegetation clearing on the main road connecting La Victoria with Colonia Tovar. The work includes clearing weeds from the roadside and collecting plant waste to improve visibility in mountainous curves and narrow sections of the route.
In Los Cabos, Mexico, municipal President Christian Agúndez Gómez is supervising nighttime pothole repairs along the tourist corridor connecting Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. These nocturnal works are intended to repair damage caused by recent rainy seasons without disrupting daytime traffic on this vital economic artery.
