Entrepreneurship training and funding events launch in Argentina, Chile, Honduras and Mexico
In Argentina, the Agencia de Desarrollo Empresarial and the Escuela de Ejecutivos de Córdoba opened registrations for an online Executive Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management, beginning 23 June with six live sessions covering opportunity assessment, profitability and strategic planning.
In Honduras, Fundación Terra, in partnership with Trip4Business and Mujeres & Negocios, awarded seed capital and digital kits to twelve entrepreneurs, granting amounts between 28,000 and 50,000 lempiras to support business scaling and technology adoption.
Chile’s PROPYME organised the Salón Pyme Maule 2026 on 24 June at the Hotel Casino de Talca, offering free workshops on sales, taxes, digitalisation and cybersecurity, and providing information on public and private funding programmes for micro‑, small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises.
Mexico’s Irapuato municipality inaugurated the Expo MIPYME 2026 on 17‑18 June, featuring over 30 exhibitors, 20 buyer companies and more than 550 business meetings. The expo highlighted a “triple‑impact economy” and introduced a Smart‑Shoring concept to help local firms digitise and meet global sustainability demands.
