Regional theater festivals open in Croatia

Multiple regional theater festivals have commenced in Croatia. The 4th ZAKAJ fest opened with the production ‘Brodolomke’ by Teatar Moruzgva. During the opening, Ecija Ojdanić, an actress from the production and artistic director of Teatar Moruzgva, was named the ‘Good Spirit of ZAKAJ fest’ for her contributions to the event.

In Sisak, the 19th Prolog Festival of Regional Theaters began with the comedy ‘Infišacije’ performed by the Croatian National Theater Zadar. The opening night at Kazalište 21 received a positive audience rating of 4.37. The Prolog Festival, organized by Dom kulture Kristalna kocka vedrine, is scheduled to run until November 10, 2026, featuring various regional theatrical performances.
