Budućnost Podgorica wins Montenegrin Volleyball Supercup
Budućnost Podgorica won the 2026 Montenegrin Volleyball Supercup by defeating Herceg Novi with a score of 3:0 (25:9, 25:12, 25:22) at the University Sports and Cultural Center in Podgorica.
Due to administrative issues preventing the licensing of new players, Budućnost competed with a combined roster of cadets and two senior players. Despite this, the team maintained control throughout the match. Elena Jovanović led the winning side with 10 points, while Ana Popović was named the most valuable player of the Supercup.
Herceg Novi, the reigning Montenegrin champion, struggled against the rotated Budućnost lineup. Marija Bojić scored 12 points for Herceg Novi in the effort.
