A new regional women's water polo league has launched following an agreement between the water polo federations of Serbia and Croatia. The competition features four clubs from each nation competing for the trophy.

Representing Serbia are Vojvodina, Palilula, Partizan, and Crvena zvezda. The Croatian representatives include Jadran Split, Mladost, Jug, and Viktorija. The inaugural tournament begins in Zagreb at the Mladost pools.

Slađana Drezgić, the head coach of the Serbian women's national water polo team, expressed support for the initiative, stating that the league will improve match quality and benefit both clubs and players. The competition is structured around two tournaments held in Croatia and Serbia, with the top four teams advancing to a final four tournament.
