Relai secures new funding with participation from FinanzFabio

Zurich-based Bitcoin startup Relai has successfully completed a new financing round. The investment includes participation from Fabio Marchesin, a prominent Swiss finance influencer known as FinanzFabio.

Marchesin will serve as an investor and advisor, assisting with marketing and the company's positioning within the Swiss and European markets. Relai CEO Julian Liniger stated the partnership aims to drive the company toward becoming a 'Bitcoin Unicorn.'

The fresh capital is intended to expand and strengthen the Relai app, which currently serves over 100,000 users and has surpassed 620,000 downloads. The company also holds a MiCA license through its French subsidiary, Relai EU SASU, providing access to the European single market.
