RELANDART project launches art workshops in Faenza and Brisighella

The RELANDART European project is launching 'SEDIMENTI', a series of artistic workshops and installations in the Faenza and Brisighella regions between August and October 2026. The initiative aims to transform the collective memory of the floods that occurred in May 2023 and September 2024 into artistic expression and material form.

The project includes a ceramics workshop led by artists Giorgia Severi and Emidio Galassi. Participants will use recycled materials and clay from the calanchi to create land art installations that connect territory, memory, and nature. Additionally, the theater company Menoventi will lead 'IL GUADO', a performance workshop designed to explore testimonies of resilience and solidarity following the floods through theatrical storytelling.
